When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy?
Since all our orders are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is confirmed. That said, if something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, just reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it and we’ll make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes - all confirmed pre-orders are considered final sale and can’t be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. The only exceptions are if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or if we accidentally sent you the wrong one!
When will I get my order?
Your order will typically arrive within 15–30 days from the time it’s confirmed.
While we always aim to deliver on time, there may occasionally be unexpected delays due to production or shipping circumstances outside of our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days past the 30-day window, you’re welcome to request a cancellation for a full refund

We’re not a manufacturer ourselves - instead, we partner with a carefully selected network of trusted suppliers and production partners to bring our products to life. Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery location - you’ll be able to see the exact fee at checkout
Do i need to pay a deposit?
50% deposit is required to lock in your pre-order. Just keep in mind that if you choose to cancel or refuse the order on your end, the deposit is non-refundable.
However, if we’re ever unable to fulfill your order or need to cancel on our end, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit - no questions asked!
The remaining balance will be due either before or upon delivery, depending on your chosen shipping method
